2. Using this website

This website gives information about our products and services and lets you send us an enquiry. You don't need an account to use it. By using the site you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time, and the version on this page applies.

3. Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry does not create an order or a contract. We will reply with a quote. Quotes are valid for 14 days, because supplier prices and stock change. Prices are in South African rand and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Confirming an order

An order is confirmed only when you accept the quote in writing (email or WhatsApp is fine) and pay a deposit of 50% of the order value. The balance is payable [before delivery / on delivery].

6. Sizes, quantities and lead times

You are responsible for giving us the correct sizes and quantities. Suppliers' size charts vary, so ask us for one if you're unsure. Lead times depend on suppliers and stock. Any delivery date we give is an estimate. We will let you know if we become aware of a delay, but we can't be held responsible for delays caused by suppliers, couriers or events outside our control.

7. Cancellations and changes

You can cancel or change an order free of charge before branding starts. Branded items are made specifically for you and can't be resold, so once branding has started the deposit is non-refundable and you may be charged for work already done.

8. Delivery

We deliver in Johannesburg and the surrounding Gauteng region. Delivery further afield may carry an extra charge, which we will include in your quote. Please check your order when it arrives.

9. Faulty or incorrect items

Tell us within 7 days of delivery if any items are faulty or don't match the approved proof. We will repair, replace or refund the affected items. This does not affect any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or a missed event.

Product photos are examples only and may differ from what's currently available. The "see your logo" preview is a rough visual, not a proof or a promise of how the final item will look. The text and design of this site belong to McCormick Marketing. Product brands, supplier images and client logos belong to their owners.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

McCormick Marketing respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the description of what you need. When you place an order, we may also collect a delivery address, your organisation's name and billing details. This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

If you use the "see your logo" preview, your logo file is only shown in your own browser. It is not uploaded or sent to us.

Why we collect it

We won't send you marketing messages unless you ask us to, and we never sell your information.

Who we share it with

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, and its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Like any website host, these services briefly process your device's IP address to deliver the page.

Some of these services may store information on servers outside South Africa. We choose well-known providers that have their own data protection policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact our Information Officer, [name], at cerysd@mweb.co.za or 084 652 8704. Security

This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to keep your details safe and limit who can see them.

Send a completed Form 2 (Request for Access to Record), available from inforegulator.org.za, to our Information Officer by email. Tell us which record you want and how you would like to receive it. Fees set in the PAIA regulations may apply, and we will tell you about any fee before we process your request. We will respond within 30 days. Some requests may be refused on the grounds set out in PAIA, for example to protect another person's privacy or confidential commercial information.
